RoleOptic demo and contact data

What we collect
After successful Microsoft Entra sign-in, we receive the verified account details needed to create your RoleOptic workspace, such as email, display name, company, job title, and country or region when those fields are available. We also record important evaluation events such as demo activation and requested follow-ups.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver and support the requested synthetic demo, understand evaluation progress, respond to sales requests, prevent abuse, and send product marketing only when permission has been recorded.
Retention and protection
Contact fields are encrypted and access is restricted to authorized RoleOptic operators. Inactive prospects are scheduled for deletion after 90 days and active evaluation records after 12 months, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
Your choices
Marketing permission is requested separately after sign-in. It is optional and can be declined in RoleOptic or withdrawn through the unsubscribe link in any email. RoleOptic retains a limited suppression record so that the preference continues to be honored.
